Artificial intelligence company Anthropic has announced a new partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to help businesses adopt AI solutions at a larger scale. The collaboration aims to bring Anthropic’s AI models, including its Claude assistant, to enterprises across multiple industries.
As part of the agreement, TCS will create a dedicated business unit focused on deploying Anthropic’s AI technologies for its global customers. The company will also receive early access to future Claude model releases, allowing it to build expertise and develop new AI-powered solutions.
In an official statement, the companies said the partnership will focus on industries such as financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, and aviation. These sectors are expected to benefit from AI-driven automation, customer support, and business process improvements.
TCS also plans to provide Claude AI to more than 50,000 employees, helping teams improve productivity and gain hands-on experience with advanced AI tools. Beyond enterprise deployments, the partnership will support several TCS platforms and businesses.
Diligenta, TCS’s UK-based life and pensions business that serves more than 22 million customers, intends to use Claude for customer service and process automation. Meanwhile, TCS iON will launch training and certification programs focused on Anthropic’s AI models.
The companies further stated that TCS will contribute tools and capabilities to Anthropic’s Claude Code ecosystem, including solutions for claims processing and lending advisory services.
The partnership highlights Anthropic’s growing presence in India, which the company has described as its second-largest market. As AI continues to reshape the technology industry, collaborations like this are expected to play a key role in helping enterprises adopt next-generation AI solutions.
