ASUS India has announced a long-term partnership with Rajiv Talreja, founder of Quantum Leap and Voice of MSMEs, as the company looks to strengthen its focus on India’s growing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector.
Under the partnership, Talreja will serve as a mentor for the MSME segment, with a focus on ASUS Expert series business PCs. The collaboration aims to help small and medium-sized businesses use technology more effectively while supporting productivity, security and long-term growth.
ASUS says the partnership is built around its “Built for Worry-Free Business” promise. Talreja will also provide feedback to ASUS about the technology needs of MSME owners and help businesses view professional IT equipment as an investment rather than simply an expense.
According to ASUS, Talreja has trained more than 12 lakh business owners through Quantum Leap’s coaching and training programmes. Before the partnership was finalised, Talreja and his team reportedly used ASUS Expert series devices within their own organisation to assess their performance and value.
Speaking about the collaboration, Rajiv Talreja said, “I’ve said no to every brand that’s approached me over the years, because I value the trust we have gained from business owners over 20 years. ASUS asked a different question.”
He added, “Not whether I’d promote them, but whether I’d tell them what MSMEs actually need.”
ASUS Commercial PC Business Vice President for India, Sri Lanka and Nepal Dinesh Sharma said the two sides share a common goal.
“At Asus, we have shared vision with Rajiv to empower Indian MSMEs to have globally leading capabilities. We jointly believe MSMEs will be a key driver for India’s economic growth,” Sharma said.
ASUS believes many Indian small businesses still purchase standard consumer laptops instead of purpose-built business PCs. The company says this creates a gap in areas such as security, performance and IT management.
The ASUS Expert series is designed to address these needs with business-focused hardware and lifecycle solutions. ASUS says the range can help simplify IT operations, reduce downtime and lower total cost of ownership across hybrid work environments.
The new partnership is expected to help ASUS better understand MSME requirements while increasing awareness of business-focused PCs among Indian entrepreneurs.
