ElevenLabs, the AI voice generation startup, has reached a major milestone by surpassing $330 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), according to CEO and co-founder Mati Staniszewski in a recent interview with Bloomberg. The achievement highlights the explosive demand for voice AI technology across enterprises, startups, and creative industries.

Founded in 2022 and launching its first product in 2023, ElevenLabs has demonstrated one of the fastest revenue growth trajectories in the AI sector. Staniszewski revealed that it took the company 20 months to reach $100 million ARR, just 10 additional months to hit $200 million, and only five more months to surpass $330 million. This accelerating growth underscores strong product-market fit and rapidly expanding adoption.

At the core of ElevenLabs’ success is its voice agent technology, which allows companies to deploy AI-powered voice assistants trained on their own data and knowledge bases. These voice agents are increasingly being used for customer support, call handling, and customer experience automation. According to the company, enterprises are now using ElevenLabs’ technology to manage more than 50,000 calls per month, a clear signal that voice AI is moving beyond experimentation into mission-critical operations.

Adoption spans both Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups, positioning ElevenLabs as a key infrastructure provider in the enterprise AI stack. As businesses look to reduce costs, improve response times, and deliver more natural customer interactions, voice-based AI agents are becoming an attractive alternative to traditional call centers.

ElevenLabs’ financial momentum is backed by strong investor confidence. In June 2025, the company raised $180 million in Series C funding, co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and ICONIQ Growth, at a $3.3 billion valuation. Just three months later, its valuation doubled after ICONIQ and Sequoia Capital invested an additional $100 million to acquire employee shares, reflecting bullish expectations for long-term growth.

Beyond enterprise voice agents, ElevenLabs has expanded into AI-powered music creation and high-profile partnerships. The company has secured deals with celebrities such as Michael Caine and Matthew McConaughey, allowing their voices to be used for AI-generated content an important step toward legitimizing synthetic voice technology in mainstream media.

With surging ARR, rapid enterprise adoption, and expanding product offerings, ElevenLabs is emerging as a dominant force in the voice AI market, signaling that synthetic voice technology is quickly becoming a foundational layer of modern digital experiences.
